CONSTRUCTION (HOW DOES IT WORK?) |
The most distinctive features of Termokominek CTM are the materials
used for its production. The principle of the whole solution is the
water shell which encloses the combustion chamber.
It is made from the highest quality DD11 low-carbon steel sheet
(enriched with addition of manganese and aluminium). Its chemical
constitution and structure provides high thermal resistance and
durability at high temperature differences. One of the factors
determining the appliance durability is the way of welding. In the case
of CTM product, the production process is conducted at the modern and
completely automated production line. The gas-shielded welding robots
are responsible for welded joints of Termokomineks bodies parts.

As the only company operating on the local market of Termokomineks with
water shell, CTM Polonia offers the appliances in which the patented
system of three steps regulation of the air and fumes flow is used. The
system consists of throttles: by-pass, of primary air and the initial
chimney draught. Use of the by-pass type throttle provides i.e.
operation of Termokominek out of the heating season.
The next innovative solution is increasing of the fumes heat exchange
surface area by applying of two water lamellas. Thanks to the
appropriate capacity of the water shell (58-99 l. depending on model)
and to the high heat exchange surface area, which results from the
design solutions of the appliance, CTM Polonia offer includes
Termokomineks with nominal output of 18 - 34 kW. It provides full
coverage of the heat demand in buildings of area about 500 sq. m and
simultaneously effective preparation of warm sanitary water. The wide range of Termokomineks CTM includes also the models equipped
with coil installed in the top part of the water shell. The coil can be
either used for preparation of hot water or for protection of
Termokominek against overheating, also in the event of the power supply
shortage.
